The XAAC Mission Statement
As analog ambassadors in a digital landscape, we strive to counteract the effects of binary hypnosis with the tangible. Drawing on the values, sounds, and champions of early electronic dance communities, vibes of Hip Hop block parties, the familiarity of 20th-century pop culture, and optimistic sci-fi.
We also believe that in an internet-driven world where the ultra-wealthy create ways to tear us apart and silence our voices, it is even more imperative to express the things that bring us together and spotlight the disenfranchised members of society while advocating for the heroes of yesterday and tomorrow.
Furthermore, putting power back in people's hands and preventing humanity from being drained of its life force, data, privacy, and overall well-being.
In the style of the 1980s, not 1984!
